Follow on Google News | P.p.p.pick our Penguins’ Names!St Andrews Aquarium have appealed to the p.p.p.people of Scotland this week to help them name their waddle of four female Humboldt penguins, who have remained nameless since their arrival in St Andrews at the end of last month.
By: Volpa The Humboldts arrived from the Seaview Wildlife Encounter in the Isle of Wight, and have already attracted large crowds since their arrival just 4 weeks ago. Their enclosure has a viewing platform where you can see the penguins swimming underwater, as well as underwater viewing windows, a feature that is unique to St Andrews Aquarium. John Mace, Manager of St Andrews Aquarium commented: “Over the coming weeks we are asking for a bit of help from our friends to help name our 4 penguins. We have had lots of suggestions coming in from visitors when they are here at the aquarium so we thought it would be a great idea to get everyone involved! We can only p.p.p.pick once!” You can enter your favourite penguin names here until the competition closes at midnight on Monday 8th July https://www.surveymonkey.com/ End
