About Our Attorneys

Attorney Fred Eisenbud has a depth and breath of experience that provide him with a comprehensive understanding of environmental law. He has worked for decades in both the government and private sector and taught Environmental Law at Touro Law School as an adjunct professor. A past member of the Board of Directors of the Suffolk County Bar Association, he has served as co-chair of The Suffolk County Bar Association's Environmental Law Committee multiple times, is a Director of the Hauppauge Industrial Association (HIA-LI) and served for more than ten years as co-chair of HIA-LI's Environmental Committee. He lectures frequently to County and State Bar Associations on a wide variety of environmental law and practice issues.

Attorney Lilia Factor graduated with an LL.M. degree (magna cum laude) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. For a number of years, she ran her own law practice in Israel, focusing on real estate, employment, personal injury, and German reparations. Since 2004, she has worked with Fred Eisenbud, focusing her practice on environmental law and civil litigation. Lilia is fluent in Russian and Hebrew.

Attorney Robert Dooley, admitted to the Bar in January, 2010, has experience way beyond his years.  While attending Touro Law School as a night student, Rob worked full time for a commercial litigation law firm in Nassau County for three years before coming to the Law Office of Frederick Eisenbud full time in June, 2008.
