RIMS Undri launches ‘A’LEVEL Curriculum in its campus

June 24, 2013 - PRLog -- Mr Vinayak   Sudhakar , India Manager –Cambridge International Examinations (CIE)  visited the RIMS Undri Campus  for an inspection and interacted with  the staff and students.  

A parent interaction meet was held in the benign presence of Mr Vinayak Sudhakar, Mr Museeb  Rais and Dr  Farah Rais, Directors RIMS Undri  and  Principal Mrs Amruta Prabhu later in the day to address the  prospective parents and enlighten them about CIE  which gives the students an exposure to the  elite international  curriculum which provides wider options  for higher education in India and abroad.

The Highlight of the ‘A’ level program at RIMS Undri would be qualitative education at an affordable fee for AS & A2 both.RIMS Undri having already pioneered the CBSE –i curriculum in its campus, is now looking forward to attain further laurels by launching the CIE Curriculum also.

Speaking about the new curriculum, Mr Museeb Rais said, “Cambridge ‘A’ Level qualifications are recognized by universities, education providers and employers across the globe. After successful completion of the ‘A’ level course, the students can appear for any of the competitive entrance exams including IIT-JEE, PMT and CET. They are eligible for admission to all the degree courses of any Indian university.” Mr Rais added, “‘A’ level study gives the student the benefit of in depth study of the core subjects chosen in the stream of his/ her choice, be it medical, engineering or management. Hence, the ‘A’ Level student can devote more time to secure better grades in his/ her chosen career, leading to better chances at admission in specialized colleges/ universities. This is unlike the other curricula of the national and state education boards requiring students to compulsorily pursue subjects which may not be of their choice.”

The Rais Institute of Management Studies (RIMS) was established in 2003 with a few goals, the pivotal one being: to provide quality management education to a vast number of students struggling to enter institutes out of Mumbai and abroad.
