Goodman Property acquires Central Cambridge office premises for clients

CAMBRIDGE, U.K. - June 21, 2013 - PRLog -- A lease surrender was also agreed on behalf of leading multidisciplinary consultancy The Roughton Group, whose previous tenants at the premises were The Arts Council.

The building was refurbished back in the early 1990's whilst retaining the original frontage and MedicX will again refurbish the premises having agreed a pre-let to GP Practice Woodlands Surgery who are to re-locate from other nearby premises in Cambridge.

Johnny Goodman says " The brief was to find MedicX a 10,000 sq ft building with 30 car parking spaces within a 10 minute walk from Cambridge Station and close to the existing GP's surgery, so that their existing patients would not be too far from their existing buildings. This building fitted the brief perfectly and the sale of the long leasehold to MedicX enabled Roughton to surrender their lease early, so a good result was obtained for both clients".
