EPA RRP Lead Training in Elkhorn, WI—Get Lead Safe Renovator Training July 16

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires remodeling contractors to hold this certification to legally perform renovation work in any American home or child-occupied facility built before 1978. This training is intended for property managers, landlords, general contractors and remodeling contractors of all types—including plumbers, electricians, painters, window installers, and even wood floor refinishers. If you disturb building coatings (including lead paint, stain, shellac, varnish, etc.) on a remodeling job site, you are required to hold this certification. Also, contractors in Wisconsin are required to hold this license before even bidding on jobs at pre-1978 housing.

This Lead Safe Renovator - Initial class is 100% approved by Wisconsin's Department of Health Services. By taking this class you will learn about the EPA's Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) rule. What's more, all students who hold the Dwelling Contractor Qualifier license can receive eight hours of continuing education credits for attending the course.
