In partnership with the UC Berkeley Extension, Marble Arch co-founder and Managing Partner, Jessica Weatherford, will be teaching a 10-week, in-depth course that will provide the tools you need to transform your team's performance.

Every business decision is made with the measures of success in mind, so it is important that the right measurements are in place. Transforming Performance Measurement is at the intersection of finance, management and culture, where we learn how the right measurements not only score success but also drive it.

Students will learn how to identify high-leverage measures of success, as well as tools that will help them define and evolve high-leverage measures as an organization grows and matures.  Students will review the frameworks for evaluating the relevance of measures as well as how to evolve measures from retrospective to predictive.  Finally, students will learn how to create a culture in which measurement is positive and transformative.
