Vancouver, B.C., Canada – June 17, 2013 – Ascension Corporate Relations (the “Company” or “Ascension”) is pleased to announce that it is now focused on Capital Markets in US, UK, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.

Ascension’s Vancouver office will now be open for both North American and European market hours.  To leverage and enhance its new focus in Europe, the Middle East and Latin America it has entered into joint ventures with capital markets advisory firms with a strong presence in those regions.

This will provide our clients in Canada with the benefit of being able to have a single, local firm provide access to key international capital markets.  A local public company now has the ability to tap these capital markets without needing to worry about time zone differences, language, or cultural issues.

Pursuant to this Joint Venture Ascension’s clients will have access to these firms’ network of institutional, brokers, and high net worth individuals.  In addition, Accession is now able to provide its Canadian clients with the ability to list in Frankfurt, Berlin, and other European Exchanges.  In addition, other services that Ascension is now able to provide include planning of European investor roadshows, organization of fund raisings & syndication of financings, translation and distribution of news releases, PR programs, and market making.
