Jeep Announces Pricing and Trim Levels for the 2014 Jeep Cherokee

MERRILLVILLE, Ind. - June 17, 2013 - PRLog -- Bosak Motor Sales is pleased to announce some new information about the upcoming 2014 Jeep Cherokee, as Jeep is reviving the Cherokee nameplate for an all-new midsize crossover SUV. A full list of information about what features will be included in each trim level is not yet known, but there will be a total of four trim levels available for the 2014 Jeep Cherokee. The trims announced are the base model Sport, Latitude, Limited, and the off-roading focused Trailhawk.

The base Sport model will have a sleek new design and new nine-speed automatic transmission, which will help to provide a 31 mpg fuel economy rating with the standard 2.4L Tigershark four-cyinder engine. Upgrading to the Jeep Latitude will offer more features and a more powerful 3.2L Pentastar V6 capable of 271 hp and 239 lb-ft of torque.

Drivers looking for more luxury will be interested in the 2014 Jeep Cherokee. It offers more high-quality features such as a leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated leather seats, and keyless entry. The final trim is the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. This model will still come with high-quality features, but will be more geared towards off roading than the other trims.  

Each model, besides the Trailhawk, will come with the option of either 4x2 or 4x4; the Trailhawk comes only in four-wheel drive. The Sport model has an MSRP of $22,995 and the Latitude starts at $24,495. Limited models begin at $27,995 and the Trailhawk begins at $29,495. There are also optional packages and equipment available for the separate trims which can also increase the price.
