CARLISLE, Pa. - June 11, 2013 - PRLog -- Keystone Financial Associates is pleased to announce they will be hosting a luncheon and seminar regarding managing the upcoming health care requirements for small business owners on June 27, 2013 at the Carlisle Country Club.  Titled “Health Care Reform for Business Owners – What you need to know NOW,” the seminar will cover the legal, business and insurance aspects of the changing face of health care for small businesses and employers.  Speakers will include Vince Phillips and Doug Denlinger.

Phillips will discuss how to calculate “FTE” employees, all the definitions of large group vs. small group requirements, calculation of potential penalties for being out of compliance, probable tax implications, what the essential benefit requirements are in Pennsylvania, specific deadlines and the necessary compliance regulations. Denlinger will then provide several creative options available to you, as a business owner, to ensure you are on track and compliant for 2014.

Phillips states, “We promise to represent your interests with integrity and respect, (while) complying with Pennsylvania statutes and regulations. That means that sometimes we may tell you want you may not want to hear, but frankly believe you want candor (from us).”  Philips holds two Master's from the University of Notre Dame and Syracuse University. He has presented over 300 workshops to business owners on health care reform.

Denlinger adds, “We have learned that there is a lot of conflicting and confusing advice being given. Our goal is to help you sort through it all and navigate the complexities and uncertainties of this issue.” Denlinger is managing partner and President of Keystone Financial. A graduate of Penn State University, Denlinger held multiple management positions, including a role as the senior vice president of a fortune 500 company.

Tickets are $65 and will include a served hot lunch.  Limited space is available.  You can reserve your ticket at http://healthcarereformworkshop.eventbrite.com.
