Black Creek Integrated Systems Announces Jamee Lutz New Service Coordinator

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - June 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Black Creek Integrated Systems is pleased to announce the promotion of Jamee Lutz to the new position of Service Coordinator as of June 15, 2013. In her new role, she will work toward expediting the service needs of a steadily growing client base, as well as streamlining the company’s service-related processes.

Jamee will be managing coordination between customers and support and field technicians.  She will be responsible for triaging service requests, researching issues, drafting new service policies, tracking work orders and generating quotations for Black Creek customers.

Jamee brings over ten years of service-oriented experience to Black Creek. She has a background in business administration and criminal justice and is currently working towards her degree in accounting from Jacksonville State University. Additionally, she has received training in Information Technology Security Awareness and Emergency Management Practices (EMI) and continues to attend voluntary job-related training in order to continue to be an asset to the organization. She possesses a pedigree of high-level administrative and lead coordination roles at engineering firms, large corporations and federal government agencies.
