Common foot problems of children include: intoeing or pigeon toes, clubfoot, flat feet, arch pain, delayed walking, toe walking, ingrown nails, warts, to name a few.
Intoeing or flat feet are structural problems that are best treated as early as possible since the growing foot is structurally immature and essentially "moldable" early on. Children often due not complain of pain but may provide other clues such as rubbing the feet, avoidance of activity or poor balance.
