LOS ANGELES - June 7, 2013 - PRLog -- Police Officers were on the hunt for a drug dealer in Buffalo and were given the request and warrant to search an upper apartment of the 304 Breckenridge apartment complex. They proceeded to invade the wrong unit and encountered with the owners two year old pit bull dog.
Adam Arroyo, an Iraq War veteran was away for his home at the time and returned to his young pup dead with multiple shot wounds.
“The door was busted down, with a battering ram or whatever,” he told the Buffalo News. “They came in, and within a few seconds of entering the apartment, they murdered my dog. They shot her multiple times. They had no reason to do that.”
Arroyos criminal record is clean, the suspect for drug dealing found in the unit next door was described as a large black male and was wanted on suspicion of dealing crack. Adam Arroyo is a Hispanic man with a completely separate entrance and residency clearly marked on the mailbox outside the door.
