HealthCARE Express to Kick of Summer with Customer Appreciation Week Events

TEXARKANA, Texas - June 6, 2013 - PRLog -- HealthCARE Express, Texarkana’s first urgent care and occupational medicine clinic, is hosting a Customer Appreciation Week to show appreciation to the community for supporting its business over the last seven years.  The week starts this Monday, June 10, and runs through Friday, June 14, just two weeks before the company opens its third urgent care on Arkansas Boulevard in Texarkana, and its seventh urgent care in the region.

“Customer Appreciation Week is a fun way to give back to our customers and the community,” said Pam Reynolds, COO of HealthCARE Express. “We pride ourselves on our commitment to the people who trust us with their healthcare. Each month we do something company wide to give back to the community, and this month our team members came up with the idea to host a Customer Appreciation Week with free events for the entire community to enjoy during the first week across the area all kid are out on summer break.”

Events will be going on daily at HealthCARE Express’s three urgent care clinics in Texarkana, including free car washes, lunches, family fun nights, and culminating in Movies on the Lawn held on Friday, June 14 at HealthCARE Express located at 3515 Richmond Road in Texarkana.

Monday, June 10th

To kick-off Customer Appreciation Week, HealthCARE Express at 4701 W. 7th Street in Wake Village is doing a Customer Cookout from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with free hotdogs and chips being given out to anyone who drives by and says hello.  Then from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. HealthCARE Express at 3515 Richmond Road is hosting Kid’s Night, with a bounce house, free Sno Cones, free frisbees, a tattoo booth, a coloring contest, and more.  

Tuesday, June 11th

Though it won’t open officially until June 26, the HealthCARE Express staff at 125 Arkansas Boulevard will host a Customer Cookout from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with free hotdogs and chips.  That evening from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. the staff at HealthCARE Express at 3515 Richmond Road in Texarkana will be hand washing cars for free in their parking lot.

Wednesday, June 12th

On Wednesday, HealthCARE Express at 3515 Richmond Road will host a Watermelon Seed Spitting Contest from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., with an opportunity to win season passes to the new Texarkana waterpark.  The clinic will also be doing free body fat analysis.  Across town, HealthCARE Express at 4701 W. 7th Street will be holding their free carwash for anyone who stops by.

Thursday, June 13th

On Thursday, HealthCARE Express at 3515 Richmond Road will be hosting their Customer Cookout from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with free hotdogs and chips.  At the same time, HealthCARE Express at 4701 W. 7th Street will be giving away free Sno Cones.  That evening from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., HealthCARE Express at 125 Arkansas Boulevard will also be giving out free Sno Cones to the community.

Friday, June 14th

To cap off Customer Appreciation Week, HealthCARE Express at 4701 W. 7th Street will host a Watermelon Seed Spitting Contest from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., with an opportunity to win season passes to the new Texarkana waterpark.  Then, starting at 8 p.m., HealthCARE Express at 3515 Richmond Road will be holding Movies on the Lawn, with free popcorn and a showing of The Lorax.  Bring your lawn chairs and blankets, and join the community for this free evening of family fun.
