Home Ownership 101” Workshop to be Held June 12

PATCHOGUE, N.Y. - June 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Community Housing Innovations, Inc. (http://chigrants.org/) (CHI) has announced that the Economic Development Committee of Delta Sigma Theta’s Westchester Alumnae Chapter is presenting a workshop, “Home Ownership 101,” on June 12 at Yonkers Public Library, located at 1 Larkin Center in Yonkers. The workshop will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
This informational workshop about home ownership will feature representatives from CHI and JP Morgan Chase. A real estate attorney and a real estate professional will also be on hand to answer any questions. First-time home buyers are urged to attend to see if they are eligible to qualify for grants of up to $25,000.
