R. Seelaus & Co., Inc. Supports a Community Day of Family Fun

SUMMIT, N.J. - June 3, 2013 - PRLog -- Summit, NJ - R. Seelaus & Company was among the sponsors for The Summit Junior Fortnightly Club’s 35th annual Tot Trot this past Sunday at Memorial Field.  Firm members and their families participated in an afternoon of outdoor activities including a non-competitive children’s run for kids ages two to 10 years old.

Long time area resident and Partner at R. Seelaus, Mike Cornell has brought his daughters to the event every year for the past decade.  “They do a great job organizing the day, and my kids love it.  The Fortnightly Club is very appreciative of the support they get,” said Cornell.

Chief Financial Officer, Karolina Pajdak’s son and daughter both ran in the race.  “The SJFC is a wonderful organization, and we were very happy to sponsor the day,” she said.

Each year there is a different beneficiary who receives all of the proceeds of the day’s event. This year’s beneficiary is the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Union County, Inc. an independent, non-profit organization committed to advocating for the best interest of children in out-of-home placement.
