Total Loyalty Company wins 2 awards at the Marketing Magazine Agency of the Year Awards 2013

Total Loyalty Company picked up two awards at the 4th Annual Agency of the Year Awards 2013 last week, being named the best local Hong Kong CRM/Loyalty Marketing Agency as well as the Bronze Award for Agency of the Year in CRM/Loyalty Marketing.

June 3, 2013 - PRLog -- Total Loyalty Company picked up two awards at the 4th Annual Agency of the Year Awards 2013, held at JW Marriott Hotel, Hong Kong. TLC was named the best local Hong Kong CRM/Loyalty Marketing Agency as well as winning the Bronze Award for Agency of the Year in the category of CRM/Loyalty Marketing.

The winners of the Agency of the Year Awards 2013 were determined by the combination of a nation-wide survey on marketers’ agency preferences, and a thorough evaluation of agency performances during a specified time-period (1 January 2012 – 31 December 2012).

Through both processes, the Agency of the Year Awards was completely client-driven.

Marketing’s research partner Lighthouse Research helped survey and consult marketers in Hong Kong as to which agencies would most likely short-list and engage across the major marketing services disciplines.

These questions were asked in the larger context of Lighthouse Research’s Marketing Spend Benchmarking Survey.

Thereafter, based on the survey results, the short-listed finalists in each category were invited to support their nomination by submitting an entry to the Agency of the Year 2013 judging panel, which consisted of sixteen senior marketing professionals from major advertisers in Hong Kong.

Entries were judged with equal weight going to business performance, staff development and management, contributions to the industry and community at large and, of course, work carried out over the previous year
