Canada Cartage division Direct2Home wins BC home delivery contract

May 30, 2013 - PRLog -- May 28th, 2013, Toronto, ON - Canada Cartage announces service expansion in British Columbia with new home delivery contract. On June 2nd, Canada Cartage will expand their service offering with one of their clients to include an additional 26 stores in the western region, from 126 to 152 stores, a significant 21% increase.  

Canada Cartage provides outsourced fleet services for store-to-customer home delivery of products such as lumber, shingles, windows, and other home renovation products.  Trucks and drivers carry the familiar colours of their client, but are provided and managed by Canada Cartage.

As the customer’s supply chain needs changed, they were looking to consolidate their home delivery service from several suppliers into one channel. Canada Cartage’s size, professionalism, willingness to acquire personnel and fleet along with their breadth of experience, made them the preferred supplier.
