HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - May 30, 2013 - PRLog -- StanleysStinkers.com has released its annual list of losers for the upcoming college football season with five teams destined to have a “stinker” of a season.

“5 Shocking 5 Loss Teams in 2013” was released this week by the website’s creator, Stanley Reese on the “Stinkin’ Thinkin’ Blog”. The article chronicles the season of five teams that Reese suggests will lose at least five, and possibly more, games.

“We took a peek at the schedules of just about every major college team that was bowl eligible last year and, using Reverse Prognostication™, we were able to find five teams who we feel certain will suffer through a dismal 2013 season”, Reese says.

Last year, Stanley’s Stinkers was the only college football program to predict the fall of the Trojan empire at USC.  While several polls ranked USC as the best team in the preseason, Reese says he could see faults, thanks to Reverse Prognostication™.

All five teams chosen as distinguished losers for the upcoming season won at least nine games in 2012 and spent considerable time in the BCS top twenty-five.

“What’s shocking about this list is that three of the teams chosen to stink up the 2013 season finished in the BCS top fifteen,” Reese points out. “Four of the five teams won ten games a year ago and their fan base certainly does not expect a drop-off this fall”.

“The combined record of these five teams last year was 53-13”, Reese continued. “So seeing these teams go .500 or worse in 2013 really would be a shock”.
