Legendary Singer & American Idol's "Vocal Coach from Hell" Peggi Blu talks about Mother Passing

May 29, 2013 - PRLog -- Peggi Blu (www.peggiblu.com) legendary singer and vocal coach to the stars opens up and releases a heart warming statement regarding the passing of her extraordinary mother, Avis Blue-Benton, who passed on May 21, 2013. She lived to be 95 years young.

"I would like to announce the passing of my beloved mother Mrs. Avis Benton Blue of  Lumberton North Carolina,.
My ,mother was my rock, and taught me everything I know about singing, as she was the consummate singer herself, who would bring the house down  with her vocal ability. She was the last of fourteen children. She lived an amazing life for 95 years.
My mother was a beautiful Lady,  great woman of God, and a dear friend to many.
I, Peggi Blu her only daughter, adore her still. I am truly blessed to have her as a mother.
Her home going service will be  held  today May 29th at True Believers Church in Lumberton, North Carolina on Seventh Street Road at 12:00 noon. The day of her service is the same day of my Fathers passing,1978.

She leaves  to remember her  Me, her daughter, one son in Law, three grand children, and three great grand children, a Host of family and friends.
