projecttissue8: Pop-Up Project Sewing Lesson at the Del Ray Artisans in Alexandria, VA
projecttissue8 announces its 7th in a series of pop-up project sewing lessons around the Washington, D.C. area. The Del Ray Artisans will provide the setting for the class at 7:30pm until 9:30pm on Friday, July 12, 2013.
The classes are produced and directed by master seamtress Chris Cooper. These classes are specifically designed to give an individual who has never touched a sewing machine a strong foundation of the fundamentals of sewing.
projecttissue8 supplies everything for the classes: sewing machines, materials, fabrics, and an unforgettable experience! Each class participant will take away an environmentally friendly, reusable, decorative tote bag.
projecttissue8 is sowing the seeds of sewing to children, women and men throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
