Radyne at Wire Russia - 2013 Preview

BASINGSTOKE, U.K. - May 29, 2013 - PRLog -- This international wire and cable fair will focus on the promotion of machines for wire production and finishing, materials, special wires and cables, tools for process engineering, testing technology and measuring, controlling and regulating technology.

Members from the Radyne wire team will be available throughout the fair, on stand 7-5 A 08, to showcase the new range of 2 – 6mm diameter spring wire processing equipment, plus the existing 6-16mm 3T per hour induction tempered spring wire processing equipment which is renowned for its clean & efficient quench process.

Radyne I.T. (Induction Tempered) Spring Wire Lines produce spring wire suitable for cold coiling as used in a wide variety of wire-based products including automotive suspension springs, overhead garage door springs and general mechanical springs. A typical line will produce high quality spring wire from 6 to 16mm diameter in materials ranging from carbon steel through to the more exotic alloy steels such as SAE 9254 (Chrome Silicon) and SAE 9254V (Chrome Silicon Vanadium) at production rates of 1500kg/hour up to 3000kg/hour.
