Ingredients 20 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 7-1/2 cups lemon-lime soda 2-1/2 cups olive oil 2-1/2 cups soy sauce 1-1/4 teaspoons garlic powder Directions In a bowl, whisk lemon-lime soda, garlic powder and soy sauce. Pour the mixture into a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken breasts and shake well till the chicken is well coated. Put the marinated chicken in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat the grill at medium heat. Lightly drizzle oil on the grate. Place the marinated chicken breast on the grill until the flesh is no longer pink in the center. Cook for 8 to 9 minutes per side. Grilled Corn on the Cob Ingredients 20 ears corn, cleaned 1-1/4 cups of melted butter 1-1/4 cups mayonnaise 2-1/2 cups grated cheese (preferably cotija cheese or Parmesan) 20 wedges lime Directions Preheat the grill at medium heat Grill corn until hot and lightly charred all over. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes. Roll the corn in the melted butter. Spread mayonnaise. Finally sprinkle with generous amount of cheese. Serve with lime wedge. Barbecued Potatoes Ingredients 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon honey 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper 2 lbs medium red potatoes, quartered Directions Preheat oven to 400 Degree F. In a large bowl, mix chili powder, honey, garlic powder, pepper and butter. Add the potatoes and toss them to coat the mixture. Layer the potatoes in a greased baking dish. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or till the potatoes are tender. If you are using the BBQ grill, wrap and seal the potatoes in the foil. Place on grill for 30 minutes.
