The concept for the CREReport was first introduced to the Phoenix, Arizona commercial real estate market in 2010, during formidable years of the recession. Working then as the Marketing Director for a boutique commercial real estate company, Todd recognized a strong need to build a cohesive method for sharing information within the CRE community. To meet this need, Todd developed a customized daily news blog that could be disseminated through email. Quickly after the introduction of the daily blog, its popularity exploded. That blog is now nearing its one millionth view, prompting the evolution and expansion of the daily blog concept into additional commercial real estate markets.
