Vox Optima Honored By New Mexico Food Bank

RIO RANCHO, N.M. - May 24, 2013 - PRLog -- The public relations and communications firm Vox Optima was recently honored for its donated public relations support to the St. Felix Pantry at the charity’s 20-year Inaugural Celebration and Fundraiser at Hotel Albuquerque.

Vox Optima was recognized at the gala event for its support of the food bank and donating time and services to help the organization's communication efforts.

A nonprofit charitable organization incorporated in 1992, St. Felix Pantry has spent more than 20 years providing a critical safety net for people struggling to support their families. The Pantry is a caring friend in times of crisis by offering assistance to those in need by providing food, clothing, household items, and referral services at no cost.

“St. Felix Pantry has done so much for the families in this community,” said Merritt Allen, owner and CEO of Vox Optima. “The current issues with the economy and job markets have made the Pantry more important than ever by providing our community’s families with groceries, clothing and other services. Named for the Capuchin friar, St. Felix of Cantalice, the Pantry works tirelessly to restore hope to families and individuals in need, build respect for human dignity, and show solidarity with the poor.
