Preferred Management Services Hires Two Staff for Breakaway Trails Property

An assistant community association manager and a community association manager have been hired for Preferred Management's Breakaway Trails property in Ormond Beach, FL.

Flagler Beach, FL – Lea Stokes, President of Preferred Management Services, is proud to announce that they have hired an assistant community association manager and a community association manager for their Breakaway Trails property in Ormond Beach located at 16 Breakaway Trail.

Diane Harp has been hired as an assistant community association manager. Diane previously worked for Grace Manor in Port Orange, then The Windsor in Palm Coast. She was born in Gainesville, FL and lives in Palm Coast. “My favorite part about working here is the people,” said Diane. “I am very customer service oriented,” she added. Among more specific duties, Diane’s responsibilities will include being a resource for neighborhood.

A Florida State graduate, Tracy Carter is a Licensed Community Association Manager and previously worked for an apartment community for three years as a district manager. Diane holds her CAM (Community Association Manager) license, which is required by the state of Florida to take care of the financials for an association, which she does. She meets with the Breakaway Trails Board of Directors, handles maintenance of the community and the grounds, as well as other duties. “Besides really enjoying my co-workers, I like helping to ensure all the homes in the neighborhood look equally inviting, and maintaining the integrity of the neighborhood,” Tracy stated. “Our job is ‘whatever it takes’,” she added.

Lea Stokes launched Preferred Management Services in 1995. The company provides community association and commercial management services. They offer home monitoring and maintenance services, and professional maintenance for all types of minor repairs, home projects and property preservation. Some of the maintenance services available are commercial and residential pool maintenance, janitorial services, lawn maintenance and property preservation. The third division of Preferred Management Services is financial services. This includes professional bookkeeping, payroll services, and accounting for small businesses.

Preferred Management’s portfolio includes over 4,000 residential units and eight commercial parks. Lea is a licensed Community Association Manager, a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a Certified Property Manager candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
