Donnelly Communications, Inc. Announces Leadership Changes

Founder Martin D. Tighe Assumes the Role of Chairman of the Board, Dennis E. McMaster is Appointed CEO, Thomas P. Moroney is Appointed President of the Donnelly Division, Greg L. Steele is President of the ProCore Division
ATLANTA - May 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Donnelly Communication, Inc., an innovative provider of contact center solutions to leading companies, has announced the following leadership changes.

Martin D. Tighe, Company Founder and CEO for the past 32 years, has assumed the role of Chairman of the Board.  An early pioneer in the outsourced contact center industry, Tighe spearheaded the design of proprietary software applications for customer service and customer feedback and recovery management.  

“Donnelly’s revenues have grown over 30% the past two years.   Our next level of success requires top talent and industry expertise as well as focus and hard work.  I am proud that the new additions and changes to our management team position Donnelly for solid growth while staying true to our core values” said Tighe.

Replacing Tighe, Dennis E. McMaster has been elevated to CEO.   Since joining Donnelly as President in 2010 McMaster has led several key technology initiatives to improve service levels, increase efficiency, and allow greater scalability.   McMaster also managed the acquisition of ProCore Solutions, LLC earlier this year.  

Thomas P. Moroney joins the organization as President of the Donnelly division, replacing McMaster in that role.  Moroney has held senior management positions at American Express, Precision Response Corporation (PRC), TRG Holdings and SPi-Global.  He has managed several US contact centers, overseeing a staff of 2,000+ associates, and also has also led global sales and business development teams.

Greg L. Steele will continue as president of the ProCore Solutions division of Donnelly Communications, Inc.   Steele possesses over 20 years of executive level contact center and staffing experience. ProCore Solutions, LLC was acquired by Donnelly Communications, Inc. February 4, 2012.
