The Beautè Shop brand was co-founded by Media Executive and Television Producer, Tia D. Rudd and business partner, Ms. Full Figured USA and Serial Entrepreneur Tonya Jeter. Since opening, the boutique has expanded to an inaugural destination for fashionistas seeking fashion-forward apparel at affordable prices.  The dynamic collaboration of both parties having extensive experience in business combined with Jeter's fashion background mixed with Rudd's red carpet experience, The Beaute Shop was conceived.  In response to their newest venture, Rudd/ Jeter said, "We are very excited to collaborate with each other on The Beautè Shop; it is something we are both very proud of.  We believe every woman should step out everyday feeling confident in her attire, regardless of size or budget."
