Concorde Construction Kicks Off Two High Profile Projects In Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - May 20, 2013 - PRLog -- Concorde Construction Company, located in Southwest Charlotte’s growing mixed-use community of Ayrsley, is set to begin construction on two major projects in the Charlotte area.

The first is 63,000 square feet of apartments located at the corner of Queens Road West & Selwyn Avenue in one of Charlotte’s most well known neighborhoods, Myers Park. Construction is underway and has a projected delivery date of March 2014. This new construction will boast 19 luxury apartments and was awarded to Concorde Construction by The Boulevard Company.

The second project is a Homewood Suites by Hilton that was awarded to Concorde by developer Tara Investments. The 85,000 square foot, 117-room hotel will be a welcomed edition to the Ballantyne area and will be situated in the Toringdon Circle mixed-use development located just off I-485 near Johnston road. Construction will begin immediately and the hotel is projected to open the spring of next year.
