Fire, Inc. Atlanta Attends Quarterly Southeast Leadership Conference in Atlanta.

ATLANTA - May 19, 2013 - PRLog -- April 28th, 2013 Fire, Inc. Atlanta, attended the quarterly leadership development conference in downtown Atlanta. The quarterly conference hosted at the Westin in Downtown Atlanta for business owners, Human Resource Managers and Sales and Marketing professionals from across the Southeast. The focus of the daylong conference was development, networking and recognition. The jam-packed day started off with an early morning meeting for managers and lead into a thirty-minute meet and greet while everybody else arrived.

Fire Inc Atlanta’s President, Malcolm Elavia welcomed the professionals from across the southeast and was the first guest speaker to kick off the conference for the large general session. During the general session some of the best of the best were able to speak about their experiences within the business, best practices and ways to effectively grow as an individual, leader and business owner.  

“It was an honor to be able to share some of the lessons I learned along the way and to discuss my up and coming promotion.” said Malolm Elavia, president of FIRE. “I look forward to the speaking at many more.”

Following the large general session were several different breakout groups for more in-depth learning and development. The breakout groups were focused on each individual’s personal development, tender, strengths and weaknesses. Each breakout consisted of two to three different speakers all sharing different stories, struggles or lesson’s they learned throughout their careers. The day concluded with everybody gathering for another general session where individuals were also recognized in front of the entire conference for their outstanding performance in the office.
