EAST KILBRIDE, Scotland - May 17, 2013 - PRLog -- Sinclair Voicenet, the UK’s longest established specialist provider of multimedia interaction recording, quality management, analytics, customer feedback and workforce management solutions, has opened a new regional office in Bury, Greater Manchester.  It will provide an operational base for Sinclair Voicenet’s growing sales and service teams, enabling the company to strengthen its presence in the M62 corridor and increase market share throughout the Midlands and the North of England.

The new office is the latest in a series of major investments by the company over the last twelve months.  In addition to installing a new CRM system, Sinclair Voicenet has opened a new technical server laboratory in East Kilbride, which will be used to stage the increasing number of large and complex implementations.  The latest remote diagnostics technologies have also been deployed to help rapidly resolve support issues.
