The launch of the shop, which lies at the epicentre of London’s most renowned open-air food market, is a significant milestone for the niche food brand. The official launch sees Wild Beef take its place among a variety of quality British and international producers.

The brand is renowned for producing nutritionally superior beef with a depth of flavour and colour, courtesy of its natural, holistic approach to farming. Wild Beef employs old-fashioned farming methods free from anything artificial, and its hardy native cattle enjoy free rein on wild grass pasture.

The shop has been custom built to deliver a positive retail experience showcasing Wild Beef’s premium produce. Designed to echo the brand’s emphasis on all things natural and honest, the space features honey-hued wooden counters and crisp lines. Meanwhile, the supporting wooden overhead beams create a sense of intimacy in the bustling marketplace. The podium-designed stall enables consumers to experience the sights and colours of the produce on offer, whilst also enjoying Wild Beef’s highly personal, knowledgeable service.
