LandQwest Commercial Adds Home Goods to Gulf Coast Town Center

May 15, 2013 - PRLog -- Fort Myers, FL – (May 15, 2013) - “Home Goods”, a TJX Company, has leased a 32,000 square foot retail store at “Gulf Coast Town Center” with opening scheduled for May 19, 2013.  Michael Daly, SCLS, of LandQwest Commercial represented “Home Goods” in this transaction.  CBL Associates was represented in house.
