This annual adapted activity event is a partnership of Duluth area schools, the University of Minnesota Duluth, and Courage Center Duluth. It brings together 300+ youth with physical and/or cognitive disabilities to experience a wide variety of adapted sports. Events include dance, parachute games, archery, races, Frisbee, disc golf, bocce ball, hockey, cycling, sports demonstrations and much more! Last year more than 340 kids participated. ABOUT COURAGE CENTER DULUTH: Courage Center Duluth has served residents of the Twin Ports community since 1979, by providing year-round sports and recreation programs for children, families and adults with physical disabilities or vision loss. The programs are supported by more than 150 community volunteers and funded in large part by the generosity of individuals, businesses and corporations in and around the Duluth Superior region.
