Delta Title Celebrates 50 Years of Community Building

METAIRIE, La. - May 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Delta Title Corporation, a longtime catalyst for the growth of many communities in Louisiana and Mississippi, is in 2013 celebrating 50 years of successfully serving homeowners and businesses with real estate closings and title insurance. In commemoration, the company is planning celebrations throughout the year, including launching a special edition logo in honor of the accomplishment and expanding its social media presence to offer greater accessibility to clients and fans, among other tributes.

Since its founding in 1963, Delta Title has provided professionally conducted closings and title insurance—successfully completing more than 50,000 transactions since 1996. Over the years, the company has developed a services portfolio that includes residential, REO, relocation and commercial transactions in every Louisiana parish and Mississippi county.

In 1995, Gray & Company, Inc., a multi-state property and casualty insurance underwriter, acquired Delta Title in an effort to further expand the success. Delta Title has established offices throughout the Greater New Orleans area, including the Westbank, Metairie, Slidell, Mandeville, Hammond, Baton Rouge, and Lafayette.

“It’s amazing how much the company and our communities have mirrored each other’s success over the years,” said Carolyn Bailey, Delta Title’s vice president and an attorney. “As we helped the community grow it helped us grow.”

Over the past half century, Delta Title has been a leading force for its industry by grooming top-level talent and utilizing cutting edge technologies to keep agents aware of the latest news, methods and practices. Today, Delta Title remains a privately owned business, with T. Howard Leach III serving as president and attorney. The company continues to specialize in assisting both homeowners and companies easily and efficiently close on property.
