BROOKLYN, N.Y. - May 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Brooklyn Teen Challenge launches NEW digital magazine and continues its now 55 year fight against drugs and alcohol by leading hopeful individuals to a life of freedom from addiction.

This new magazine not only features the life transforming stories of those once bound by the devastating grips of addiction, but also the journey towards recovery.  Sprinkled throughout the magazine are articles of triumph and heartfelt interviews of lives once shattered now restored.

“Not only is this new magazine a triumph for Brooklyn Teen Challenge as a Non-Profit-being able to extend the reach of its heart-story, but it is a celebration to the process of recovery and vocational training.  The entire magazine was done in-house by students, graduates, staff and volunteers of the program.  Its mere creation speaks to the heart of the total opportunity afforded to the students of the Life Training Center, now to include graphic design and multi-media.”Phillip O’Rourke, -Director of Marketing, THE BRIDGE

THE BRIDGE is released quarterly and offers Christian content and viewpoints.  Also offered in this new release are opportunities for readers to contribute and play active roles in the publication of each issue by offering responses, submitting personal stories, uploading Instagram pictures and more.

Established in 1958, the Brooklyn Teen Challenge Life Training Center is a 12-14 month residential, non-profit, Christ centered location for those suffering from life-controlling substances, such as drugs and alcohol.  In line with the vision cast 55 years ago, Brooklyn Teen Challenge remains true to its roots by continuing to declare: Hope Lives Here.  Freedom is Found Here.  Changed Lives Leave Here!

“One of the most important things we do at Teen Challenge is to provide hope for the hopeless. With God’s help we see dope pushers turned into hope pushers.”Don Wilkerson, President and Co-Founder of Teen Challenge

THE BRIDGE provides advertising opportunities. All of the support raised through advertising is directly distributed for the care of those who are seeking freedom from addiction.  Offering a wide range of options, THE BRIDGE establishes itself as a flexible and efficient advertising option.

Currently featured on INDIE STYLE TV http://IndieStyleTv.com  with host Leah DeVon, THE BRIDGE gains momentum as being a refreshing addition to reading-as-usual and provides companies the opportunity to feature content on their websites that will target the hidden needs of many demographics.
