HAMPSTEAD, Md. - May 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Caroline Hargrove Hamilton has returned to her father's home so that she can reconnect with her family and research the Hargrove family history with her cousin, Janet. Neither of them expects to find the intricate family history that lay ahead of them or the dead body of Professor Thomas Harrison, which they find in their family cemetery. Following the discovery of the murdered professor, Caroline and Janet become amateur detectives and try to solve the murder as they uncover their own family secrets; and they are a bit unprepared. While investigating the murder, they learn that Professor Harrison was involved in his own investigation that was in some way connected to Janet and Caroline’s ancestor. As they delve deeper into a family history rooted in secrets, they discover that their history is more precious than they could have imagined.

Connie Knight effortlessly infuses the answers to all of the mysteries throughout the novel. What is the significance of the Cemetery Whites? Who killed Professor Thomas Harrison? Who is the second body in Thomas Hargrove’s grave? Readers will be dying to find out in Cemetery Whites.

Connie Knight grew up in San Antonio, Texas, with many childhood visits to her family in DeWitt County. Cemetery Whites is based on memories and stories shared, but all characters in this mystery novel are fictional, and so are the events. Ms. Knight began writing in high school, studied English and journalism in college, and throughout her career has worked for newspapers, magazines, and public relations departments.
