By: Robert Irvine “During this interactive cooking experience I will teach attendees that there is more to cooking than following a recipe,” said Irvine. “We’re only sending a list of the ingredients, not the recipe. There is an art to cooking and building the flavors as ingredients mix, that’s what people will experience as we cook and then enjoy the meal together.” During the cooking portion of the show, professional chefs will be on hand to answer questions through a chat window to help attendees through the experience. During the second segment of the show, attendees will have 20 minutes to interact and post questions online for Irvine to answer live. WHEN: To accommodate families across the coast, Irvine will host two fifty-minute shows on Wednesday, May 29. Two shows, 6:30 pm est and 9:30 pm est. Both shows will be feature the same content and be hosted live.
