Maverick Funding Corp.'s Marketing Department is Growing

PARSIPPANY, N.J. - May 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Maverick Funding Corp. keeps moving forward.  The marketing department is continuing to grow, and everyone at Maverick couldn’t be happier.
Every division of Maverick is without a doubt essential to the success of the company, and the marketing division is no exception.  In 2009, Bill Richardson, Director of Marketing and Information Technology, started out as the sole marketer for Maverick.  Experienced in this particular department, Richardson worked in the music industry for 10 years before joining mortgage banking.  Once Richardson settled in to his role, there was a need to start forming a set marketing team.  

Chris Farrar, Marketing Manager, was employed to assist Richardson with all of the marketing responsibilities, such as lead management and increasing Maverick’s online presence.  Their goal: to provide homebuyers a sense of trust when seeing the Maverick Funding Corp. name.

In 2012, Erica Adams, Marketing Assistant, and Maureen Maher, Marketing Purchase Platform Coordinator, were brought on to serve the growing needs of the company.  Adams is responsible for assisting Farrar in all marketing campaigns as well as being a presence at Maverick’s growing number of tradeshows.  Maher takes on the role of managing realtor partner relationships and developing home purchase marketing programs.

The marketing team was falling into place.  Richardson was ready to hire someone who would focus on Maverick’s public relations as well as assist him when needed.  Tara Aris, PR Coordinator and Marketing Analyst was fit for this position.  Aris is responsible for drafting press releases and any other necessary tasks related to public relations in addition to analyzing lead sources.  

Richardson also needed someone to assist in web and marketing designs.  Hence, Brian Griffoul, Marketing and Web Development Coordinator, became the newest member of the Maverick marketing department.

Maverick Funding Corp. is a licensed mortgage lender that provides personal and efficient lending services to its customers.  Established in 2007, Maverick Funding Corp. is headquartered in Parsippany, NJ and operates in 30 states.  It has obtained FHA and Fannie Mae approval and has increased its staff from 20 in 2007 to more than 300 employees year- to-date.
