-- Nu Flow’s innovative green technologies used to rehabilitate the inner infrastructure of deteriorated or failing water piping systems within Durham Region, North America and abroad, have been recognized with an Environmental Achievement Award.
The awards reception was held Thursday, May 9, 2013 at the Durham Regional Headquarters in Whitby, ON. The goal of the awards program is to recognize individuals and organizations who dedicate their time to promote, preserve and enhance the region's natural environment.
Cameron Manners and Nu Flow Technologies received the Eric Krause Innovative Plans/Policies/
Initiatives Award, presented for forward-thinking efforts to encourage environmental change.
“I am very pleased to have received the Eric Krause Award,” said Nu Flow CEO Cameron Manners. “At Nu Flow, we strive to promote pipe lining in the most environmentally conscious manner possible. We are also proud to manufacture these technologies at our facility in Oshawa, Ontario.”
The efforts of Nu Flow Technologies are environmentally conscious and promote no dig pipe rehabilitation worldwide. Nu Flow has hundreds of companies licensing their technologies (manufactured in Oshawa, Ontario), which install them within their own municipalities. By preserving our natural landscapes and putting an end to groundwater contamination (caused by the materials flowing through pipes seeping through the cracks and polluting our watershed), the positive impact on the environment Nu Flow has is endless.About Nu Flow
