Follow on Google News | Western Pacific Roofing Wins Silver in Statesman Journal PollVoters show love for the Portland-based roofing company for the third straight year.
The Statesman Journal, a newspaper published in Salem, Oregon, sponsors the annual “Best of the Mid-Valley” poll in which readers are asked to nominate and vote for their favorite people, businesses, and things to do in Oregon’s Marion and Polk counties. This year, over 250,000 votes were cast in 185 different categories ranging from “Customer Service” to “Green Business” to “Place That We Miss.” Several companies were nominated in the always-competitive “Roofing Company” category, and for the third straight year, readers voted Western Pacific Roofing one of their top two favorites. The roofing contractor walked away with the silver medal for 2013, just as it did in 2011 and 2012. Alan Freeman, owner of Western Pacific Roofing was enthusiastic in expressing his gratitude. “We really appreciate all of the positive support we’ve received from the voters. I’m assuming many of them are customers, so that means a lot.” Freeman promised that Western Pacific Roofing would continue the focus on quality and customer service, which, he feels, is the reason for the positive sentiment by voters. “Maybe next year we’ll finally get the gold,” said Freeman, laughing. Western Pacific Roofing, LLC, is a residential and commercial roofing contractor based in Portland, Oregon and serving northwest Oregon and southwest Washington.
