New Product Introduction: JILL-ASYM is a specification grade asymmetric drop-lens recessed wall wash luminaire within a minimal 1.65” housing aperture. Asymmetric lens drops below ceiling plane at a minimal 1 11⁄16”. Extruded anodized aluminum housing and extruded acrylic lens configure a robust fixture for drywall or T-grid ceiling installations.

High-reflectance optical tray, extruded asymmetric acrylic drop-lens delivers wall wash illumination. Recommended for interior lighting applications.

Product Description: JILL-ASYM has been attractively designed to deliver efficient drop-lens asymmetric wall wash illumination from the minimally designed recessed fixture aperture and housing. Asymmetric lens obscures lamp image on vertical side of lens, while simultaneously projecting light from the diagonal side of the 2-dimensional frosted and clear prismatic acrylic wall wash lens combination. Extruded anodized aluminum housings combined with extruded acrylic lens configures a robust fixture for recessed drywall or t-grid ceiling installations. Housing trim styles: 3⁄4” flanged Trim, mud-over Trim-less flange, or T-grid. JILL-ASYM is compatible with standard or seamless T5 and T5HO fluorescent lamps. Integral electronic ballasts are accessible from below the ceiling through the lens opening and ballast tray. JILL-ASYM is designed to complement JAKE and other Birchwood Lighting products as a companion fixture. Construction and Finishes: Extruded asymmetric acrylic drop-lenses are fabricated as a 2-dimensional combination of: Frosted Clear or Frosted White (on vertical side) with clear prismatic acrylic (on diagonal side) wall wash lens. Heavy-gauge extruded anodized aluminum housing, aluminum liner. Trim (TR) style available as Satin Anodized Aluminum finish or Matte White power-coat painted finish.
