World Premiere of Lucky’s Johnson’s “Don’t Let That Man Go” to be held in New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS - May 11, 2013 - PRLog -- “Don’t Let That Man Go” is being hyped as a “Dramedy”, a drama that contains comedic inferences that are sure to keep the audience riveted. The film stars Kevin “Lucky” Johnson, Marlon “10th Ward Buck” Horton, Queen De’Veal, Kevin Johnson, Jr., D’Marie, Walt Wiggady, Eddie Vanison, Dizz daKidd, and many more up and comers.

Lucky Johnson has appeared in countless films, including “Contraband”, “2 Guns”, “Planet of the Apes”, “The Philly Kid”, and more, not to mention his evolving role in HBO's “Treme”, where he plays Officer Billy Wilson. Johnson is a New Orleans native and entrepreneur whose work has helped to inspire a new generation of actors through the Lucky Johnson School of Acting. His plays have been gaining quite of bit of buzz in Louisiana and beyond. Johnson is most definitely a rising star and philanthropist whose efforts greatly benefit his community. He is also sought after for cameo appearances in New Orleans’ hip hop artists’ videos, as he continues his rise to the top.

Tenth Ward Buck is a well-known performer hailing from the New Orleans bounce music scene. He has taken that notoriety and parlayed it into a new career in acting and production.

“Don’t Let That Man Go” is expected to be a sell-out and the premiere is likely to kick off what is expected to be a stellar run for the first of many films from Johnson.
