Local Music Stores Celebrate Mother's Day with Instrument Fitting and Flower for Moms

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - May 8, 2013 - PRLog -- SPRINGFIELD, MO, May 9, 2013 - Mom dedicates her world to her children, but Mother’s Day is a day to celebrate her individuality. With a staff of experts on hand and a free flower from Linda’s Flowers for the first 50 moms, Springfield Music, Inc. has made it easy for families to make memories by helping mom find her unique musical voice.

Dads and kids can stop by any time this week at Springfield Music in Springfield, Fazio’s Frets and Friends in St. Louis, Funky Munky Music in Kansas City or Ernie Williamson Music in Joplin for hundreds of gift ideas, or drop by Sunday for a free flower from Linda’s Flowers and an instrument fitting (available Saturday in St. Louis).

Whether mom is an experienced musician or simply toying with the idea of  playing an instrument, families are encouraged to bring her in for a unique experience finding a guitar, trumpet, flute, clarinet, sheet music, or any number of gift instruments or accessories that fit her unique tastes.

If she’s not sure what instrument she wants to play, what size she needs, or what style to get, our experts will be on hand to make the experience enjoyable and easy.  Or if she already has an instrument, families can call or bring her in and for lessons.

Families who are looking for a way to surprise mom on Mother’s Day can stop by during regular store hours, 12 - 6 pm on Sunday for a free flower (while supplies last) in all locations except for St. Louis which will have flowers on Saturday from 9:30 - .5 pm.
