STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. - May 7, 2013 - PRLog -- You Jump, I Jump: Reflections on Finding the Positive in Life, is being released by Relationship Ed Publishing later this month. The author, Annarose Russo, founded You Jump, I Jump (http://youjumpijump.org/), an online community that encourages people to speak up about issues they may be struggling with, share their experiences – both good and bad, and to seek positive aspects of life. In her new book of vignettes and reflections, she offers powerful words to heal despair. Taking cues from graffiti, song lyrics, emails from friends and kind greetings from strangers, she uncovers fresh approaches to everyday challenges and assumptions. With color photo illustrations, this book of personal wisdom provides an antidote to the profound grief and depression suffered by so many. Annarose Russo has taken a courageous step to share her vision and support readers to find their own words of healing and expression.
