Attorney Ernie E. Trichler, II to Lecture for National Business Institute

TAMPA, Fla. - May 7, 2013 - PRLog -- Ernie E. Trichler, II, a personal injury attorney whose main office is located in Tampa, Fla., has been selected to serve as a presenting lecturer in June 2013 for the National Business Institute. The lawyer—of Mandelbaum Trichler Law Center, P.A.—will specifically be acting as a continuing legal education (CLE) lecturer who will be discussing how complex automobile insurance coverage disputes should be handled.

The full-day class will explore a wide array of issues that are frequently disputed during insurance coverage cases. Mr. Trichler will present on issues involving multiple tortfeasors (or multiple parties responsible for an injury), the stacking of insurance coverages and uninsured motorist offsets. Attorney Trichler has been a past lecturer for the National Business Institute on a variety of legal topics, primarily those involving automobile litigation and insurance coverage litigation.

The National Business Institute offers CLE training through seminars, webcasts, teleconferences and various other platforms. Continuing legal education provides opportunities for practicing attorneys to enrich their levels of knowledge regarding various legal topics.
