Federated Payments Canada Expands Their Sales Team with the Promotion of Michael Waheed

OTTAWA, Ontario - May 7, 2013 - PRLog -- Mike Waheed was named Senior Regional Sales Manager of Federated Payments Canada, leaders in credit card processing and merchant services.

Mike has been with Federated Payments since Nov 2011. He began his tenure at the company as an Account Executive in Federated’s inside sales division where he set record numbers in both the US and the Canadian markets.  Mike was promoted last year to Regional Sales Manager running Canadian sales teams.  In his new role, he will be providing sales and management support along with product training, industry knowledge and the additional sales channels he will be developing.

Prior to joining Federated Payments, he spent ten years as an independent business consultant.  Michael began his career in the financial arena working as a sales manager with JPMorgan Chase from 1996-2001.
