Major Partition manufacturers conclude working agreement

BOUCHERVILLE, Quebec - May 7, 2013 - PRLog -- Michel Julien, President of Moderco Partitions, Montreal Canada and Yves Bozellec, President of Algaflex Partitions, Paris France are pleased to announce that they have concluded an agreement whereby they will mutually promote and sell each others products & accessories in their respective markets.

MONTREAL CANADA, Apr 30, 2013 - Realizing that Moderco and Algaflex each provide product oriented to the desires and specifications of their respective markets, Mr. Julien commented: "Having travelled extensively through out the world, I believe that many of the products and features offered by Algaflex and not readily used in North America will be well received by Moderco distributors and customers especially in coverings and aesthetics options. Algaflex offers some exciting alternatives to standard North American standards.”

Mr. Bozellec echoed this comment: "We have much to offer to Moderco and its customers and Moderco has many features that we are not familiar with in Europe. Alternative designs and stacking options, acoustic seals and testing as well as appearance and accessory options are only some features that we will introduce. Moderco product will greatly enhance and improve Algaflex's ability to meet customer needs especially when competing with other North American suppliers.”

Moderco and Algaflex will retain their corporate independence & market identity but also believe that together they are stronger and better able to satisfy more customer/product needs and features.
