Flagler Beach, FL – Lea Stokes, President of Preferred Management Services, is proud to announce that they have promoted from within a Licensed Community Association Manager for their Sea Colony property, a new community association client to Preferred Management since March, 2013.

Donna Quindlen has been promoted from Preferred Management’s Breakaway Trails community to their Sea Colony property in Palm Coast. She will focus on customer service for the residents, property inspections for the Homeowner’s Association covenants, meet and present projects to the HOA board and more.

Donna owned an apartment property management company in southern New Jersey for 21 years before relocating to Palm Coast in 2003 when her husband was transferred. She earned her Licensed Community Association Manager license in 2006.

“I’m really excited about the opportunity to work here,” said Donna. “To be able to work right on the beach with the Sea Colony residents is amazing,” she added.

Sea Colony is a 350 single family home gated community located on the ocean off A1A.

Lea Stokes launched Preferred Management Services in 1995. The company provides community association and commercial management services.
