Donnelly Communications, Inc. Announces the Acquisition of ProCore Solutions
The combined operation will maximize the use of facilities, technology and labor by leveraging the ability to route call, email, and chat traffic between the two contact centers, increasing efficiencies and capabilities.
ATLANTA - May 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Donnelly Communications, Inc. has completed the purchase of ProCore Solutions, LLC. With this acquisition, Donnelly strengthens its position as a leading provider of U.S.-based custom contact center solutions.

ProCore Solutions will operate as a division of Donnelly Communications and continue to be led by its President, Greg Steele in its existing Marietta, GA location. The combined operation will maximize the use of facilities, technology and labor by leveraging the ability to route call, email, and chat traffic between the two contact centers, increasing efficiencies and capabilities. The phased transition of ProCore’s business on to Donnelly’s technology infrastructure and platform is underway and will be completed in June. The combined company employs more than 450 people between its Atlanta and Marietta locations.
