Vital Warrior’s Mikal Vega To Be A Guest on REELTalk Radio Show

SAN FRANCISCO - May 2, 2013 - PRLog -- A few weeks ago, Mikal Vega, Founder of Vital Warrior, was asked to be a guest on REEL Talk Radio Show, hosted by Audrey Russo. Today, May 2nd, 2013, at 3 PM, he will on the radio show talking about Vital Warrior’s purpose, goals and treatments it offers our veterans who are dealing with Post Traumatic Stress (PTSS).

The purpose (http://vitalwarrior.org/about-vital-warrior/) of Vital Warrior is to help our Veterans get off of pharmaceutical drug treatments for PTSS through the 8 modalities (or methods/steps) offered through Vital Warrior. The main goal is to have a Vital Warrior facility in as many states as possible, especially near or around military bases and communities.  A facility would be equipped with trained personnel to help our Vets through their transition by offering Kundalini Yoga classes, Mentoring, Tension Release Exercises (TRE) and more.

While this goal is in our foreseeable future and we will hold steadfast until we reach it, a more short term goal is to take Vital Warrior on the road with a bus tour across the U.S. to reach out to individuals who may not be able to access these types of treatments.  The multiple state tour will share the Vital Warrior Modality along with Mikal’s message to help generate awareness, support and most of all help to those around the country that need it! Mikal is a living testament that these modalities work.

May is a big month for the military. With National Military Appreciation Month, the U.S. will celebrate it across the country in honor of our men and women in the military as well as our retired vets, spouses and families.
